LG G4 UK Release Date Is May 25th, Now Up For Pre-order


The LG G4 is now official and the device launches in South Korea today and now we have some details on the LG G4 UK release date.
The LG G4 UK release date is set for the 25th of May and the device is now available to pre-order in the UK from mobile retailer Unlocked mobile.

The new LG comes with a 5.5 inch display with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and the device is powered by a six cor Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, it also comes with 3GB of RAM.
Other specifications on the new LG G4 include 32GB of built in storage and a microSD card slot for expansion. The handset also comes with a 3000 mAh battery, Android 5.1 Lollipop and front and rear facing cameras.
On the from of the LG G4 there is an 8 megapixel camera for selfies and video calls and on the back of the device there is a 16 megapixel camera with OIS and an f/1.8 aperture.

Dell Venue 10 7000 Available for Sale Through Company’s Website

Earlier this month, Dell unveiled the Venue 10 7000 Android tablet. The company announced it will hit the United States some time in May, and it appears they were spot on.
The Dell Venue 10 7000 tablet is now available for sale in the US via the company’s website, stating at $499.

The tablet is available in three configurations with the lowest one being the standalone tablet with 16GB of internal storage for $499. The same tablet when combined with a keyboard bumps the price to $629, while the 32GB variant with keyboard costs $679. The standalone tablet version and the 32GB keyboard/tablet bundle is expected to ship on May 5th, while the 16GB keyboard bundle ships on the same day.
As far as the specifications are concerned, it features a 10.5-inch display sporting a resolution of 2,560 by 1,600 pixels resolution, a quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage. Other features includes an 8MP camera for photos and videos, 2MP front-facing camera, a 7,000 mAh battery and Android 5.0 Lollipop as its operating system.

Valve Releases OpenVR SDK For Virtual Reality App Development

Developers that are interested in creating virtual reality applications for the new valve VR headset hardware that has been created by a partnership with HTC, can now get their hands on the Valve OpenVR SDK.
The Valve OpenVR SDK is a new development kit that has been developed by Valve specifically for creating virtual reality applications, enabling them to interact with the SteamVR hardware using the new OpenVR SDK.

The SteamVR OpenVR SDK is now available to download via github and provide support for the HTC Vive Developer Edition, as well as SteamVR controller and Lighthouse. As wells containing plenty of documentation and samples to help you get started. Valve explains :
“Along with the OpenVR SDK support has been added to support Unity via the SteamVR Unity Plugin and native SteamVR support in Unreal 4.8. Both will be available soon.
