CST-01 The Worlds Thinnest Watch

If you are fed up wearing bulky watches, you might be interested in the newly designed CST-01, which is also currently the worlds thinnest watch measuring just 0.80mm thin, and weighing under 12 grams.
The CST-01 has been designed as a flexible wrist watch that is equipped with a E Ink display housed within a single peice of curved stainless steel. Watch the video after the jump to learn more about the CST-01 project and see it in action.


 The CST-01 watch is assembled by laminating thin, flexible components into a 0.5mm pocket etched into the flexible stainless steel, and the watch contains no buttons or functions keeping the watch as simple as possible. Charging and setting the time on the super thin CST-01 watch is done is completed on the supplied base station.

 The CST-01 watch project is currently over on the Kickstarter website looking to raise enough pledges to make the jump from concept to production. LG Z360 Full HD Ultrabook Demoed At CES

LG has show of their latest ultrabook  at this years CES, the LG Z360 which comes with a 13.3 inch full HD 1080p IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and it also comes with Intel 4th generation processors.
The LG Z360 measures just 13.6mm think and weighs in at 1.15KG, it comes with a choice of Intel’s latest Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors, and of course Microsoft’s Windows 8.

 There are also dual microSD card slots, and a number of Windows 8 hotkeys, there are no details on pricing or availability as yet.

LG Announces The World’s First Curved OLED TV

LG has shown off a new OLED TV at this years CES, although this one is a little different than your standard HDTC as it features a curved OLED screen, and offers supports for Cinema 3D.
The LG EA9800 features a 55 inch curved OLED display, and it uses proprietary WGRB technology, with a four color pixel system which includes a white pixel as well as the standard red, green and blue pixels


“LG is the first to launch the 55-inch OLED TV,” said Havis Kwon, President and CEO of LG’s Home Entertainment Company. “We believe our new OLED TVs offer the ultimate viewing experience, surpassing anything seen before. The new curved model complements our core OLED TV family with a unique design that capitalizes on the thinness of the screen and the aesthetic beauty of OLED TV.”
LG has not given any details on when the new LG EA9800 will be available, there are also no details on pricing, although we suspect this could be quite an expensive device when it is launched, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
