Qualcomm TOQ Smartwatch Now Available To Pre-order

The last thing we heard about the Qualcomm TOQ Smartwatch was that it would go on sale on the 2nd of December, this new wearable gadget is now available to pre-order.
Qualcomm are now taking orders on the TOQ, the device is available to pre-order for $350, and Qualcomm have said the device will ship in one to three weeks.

Clearly visible even in direct sunlight and so power efficient that you can go multiple days between charges, Qualcomm Toq seamlessly delivers alerts, messages and updates from your AndroidTM smartphone to your wrist.
The Qualcomm TOQ smartwatch will work with your Android smartphone of tablet, it is designed to work with devices running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and above, although it will support devices running Android 4.0.3 upwards.

The TOQ features a 1.55 inch display, it comes with Bluetooth 3.0 and features Qualcomm Mirasol display technology, it also comes with a Qualcomm WiPower LE wireless charger and features a 240 mAh battery
You can now pre-order the Qualcomm TOQ direct from Qualcomm for $349.99, you will get the watch, a wireless charge, plus an AC adapter and a USB cable.
The Qualcomm TOQ is available in black at the moment, Qualcomm will also launch a white version or their smartwatch, there are no details on when this will be available, as it is listed on their site as coming soon.

Lumen TL800 Bluetooth 4.0 LED Bulb Can Now Be Controlled Via Your Smartphone

Lumen has this month announce the launched of their new Lumen bulb application which has been created to run on iOS devices and select Android mobile devices. Allowing you to control the bulb fiery Bluetooth 4.0 connection, 

The Lumen TL800 bulb is priced at $69.99 and is rated for 40W-equivalent light output and contains white, red, blue, and green LEDs, which can be mixed to produce a choice of 16 million colour combinations.
The Lumen TL800 has been designed to provide 400 lumens output compared to hue bulbs that are around 600 lumens and has been designed to provide up to 30,000 hours of usage, consuming only one-sixth of the energy of a traditional 40W bulb.

ChargeDrive is a Smartphone Charger, Flash Drive, and Tripod in One Device

We all need more run time out of our smartphones at one time or another when we are out and about. It seems like the first time you forget to plug your smartphone in overnight is the day you constantly need to use it and wish you had your charge cable with you. A new product has turned up on Kickstarter that is a very cool device called the ChargeDrive. The ChargeDrive is three products that you need for your smartphone in one device.

 The ChargeDrive is a phone charger cable, flash drive, and a tripod in one device. One end of the ChargeDrive has a USB port that plugs into your computer or wall outlet. The other end can be fitted with tips to work with a number of popular smartphones. Tips are available for iPhones, Android devices, BlackBerry, and Windows Phone smartphones.

 The tripod has enough strength to hold your smartphone up for hands free use. It can also be used in the car with a USB DC adapter to home your phone. The ChargeDrive also has 16GB of internal storage.
