Sony Xperia E To Launch In February 2013

Sony recently announced the Sony Xperia E, we know that the device will launch some time in quarter one of 2013 and now it would appear that it may launch in February of 2013.
According to UK retailer the Carphone Warehouse, the Sony Xperia E will launch in February, of course this date has yet to be confirmed by Sony.


The Sony Xperia E features Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and the handset will feature a 3.5 inch display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels, processing is provided by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A processor.
Other specifications on the Sony Xperia E include a 3.2 megapixel rear camera with auto focus for photos and video and the ability to record VGA video, there is also 512MB of RAM and a microSD card slot.

Motorola Atrix HD gets Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

US mobile carrier AT&T has released the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the Motorola Atrix HD smartphone on their network, and the update brings a range of new features to the handset.
The Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the Motorola Atrix HD has been released as an OTA update, and you can check to see if it is available on your device by going to the settings menu.

Android 4.2.1 ROM Arrives For Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T

If you cant wait to load Google’s latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system on to your Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T, you will be pleased to learn that an Android 4.2.1 ROM is now available.
An XDA Developer users has created the new Android 4.2.1 ROM which will keep you going until Asus release an official version of the operating system.

 The Android 4.2.1 ROM is  based on the official Android Open Source Project code base, which has been available for some time. But everything isn’t quite fully functional at the present time with issues still around the GPS and camera, but major functionality is solid. Android Authoirty explains:
“Assuming you’ve already rooted your TF700T and installed a custom recovery, the process is very straightforward. If you haven’t, you may be glad to know that we have a guide available that will show you exactly how to do that very thing. It isn’t a particularly difficult process, but be cautious and read the instructions very carefully to ensure you do everything correctly.”

New Samsung Audio Docking Station

You know Samsung for their quality smartphones, phablets and tablets, but they also have an audio docking station coming our way. This leaked audio docking station from Samsung is said to come with a micro USB connection at the bottom and will deliver a maximum power of 6W, which translates to 3W of juice on both sides.

 It will come in three different colors: black, red and silver. This docking station is versatile, with different ways for you to hook up your smartphone, like wireless or Bluetooth 3.0. Or even an old fashioned 3.5mm cable.
It looks like this Samsung audio docking station will make an appearance at CES or MWC, in January and February, with a store release sometime in the first quarter of 2013.
