More Details On The LG G3 Prime


LG recently launched their new LG G3 smartphone, the handset comes with a Snapdragon 801 processor, and last week we started to hear information about a new version of the device, the LG G3 Prime, and now it looks like we have more details on the handset.
According to a recent report, the LG G34 Prime will come with the model number LG-460L, the handset is said to be equipped with a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and an Adreno 420 GPU, plus 3GB of LP-DDR3 RAM.

The handset will come with the faster LTE-Advanced, this offers download speeds of up to 224Mbps, and it will use the new Qualcomm MDM9635 modem.
Other specifications on the LG G3 Prime are said to be the same as the G3, and this will include a 5.5 inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The device will also come with a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 2.1 megapixel front snapper, it will also feature 16GB of built in storage and a microSD card slot.
The new updated LG G3 will apparently come with Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat, and the device will be headed to the various mobile carriers in South Korea.
It is not clear as yet on whether the LG G3 Prime will only be available in South Korea, or whether LG will launch the handset worldwide like the LG G3.

Sony SmartWatch 2 Gets Action Camera Extension App



Sony has added a new Action Camera Extension app for their Sony SmartWatch 2, the app is designed to be used in conjunction with Sony’s range of wireless cameras.
This new app is available for the Sony SmartWatch 2 and also the SmartBand SWR10, and the app can be used to control you Sony camera to take photos and more.

With this app, you can control the shutter of your Action Cam, and other cameras from Sony, from a distance of up to 10 meters. When you want to get in the picture, set up the smartphone camera, place yourself in view and tap the shutter icon in your SmartWatch display or tap your SmartBand to get in the picture. You can also start and stop the video function in selected Sony camera models.

The new Action Camera App supports a wide range of Sony cameras, including some of their Action Cams, the Alpha NEX cameras as well as their DSLR cameras, you can find a full list of supported cameras here.
You can download the new Sony Action Camera Extension app form the Google Play Store at the link below, it is compatible with the Sony SmartWatch 2 and the SmartBand SWR10.
