Jaguar F-Type R Coupe Announced

Jaguar as officially announced their latest sports car at the LA Auto Show, the Jaguar F-Type R Coupe, and along with a stunning design, this new sports coupe comes with a a supercharged V8 engine with a massive 550bhp.
This compares to 340bhp in the standard F-Type and 380bhp in the F-Type S, there is also an F-Type v8 S which will offer 495bhp, and the new F-Type R will do 0-6 in just 4 seconds.

 “Creating a sports Coupe is the purest of design tasks and also the most challenging; get it right and aesthetically the result will be as dynamic as the car should be rewarding to drive. In F-TYPE Coupe, I believe we’ve got it right,” said Ian Callum, Director of Design, Jaguar.

 The Jaguar F-Type R comes with a limited top speed of 186 miles per hour, it comes with a new tweaked suspension to give the car performance handling.

Acton M Scooter Rolls onto Kickstarter


A new project has turned up on the crowd sourced funding site Kickstarter called the Acton M Scooter. The device is an electric three-wheel Scooter designed for last mile commuting. The electric scooter is also intended to be easy to maneuver inside stores for running errands, at work in an industrial environment, or for fun outside cruising around the neighborhood.



The scooter is designed so that it occupies less than 50% of its volume when folded. The scooter is designed to be ridden standing up or sitting down. The seat has two positions with one putting it further from the handlebar for comfort while sitting and another designed for standing.    device can be used by one person sitting down in another standing up at the same time.

The scooter will offer swappable power modules to expand its driving range and an all wheel braking system for safer stops. The scooter also has an ignition key for security and a storage tray for belongings such as mobile phones. The scooter isn’t exactly cheap at $999 via Kickstarter or the early bird special. Pricing for the scooter goes up from there with a normal price of around $1399 after the early bird special expires.

Nokia Offering A Free Power Keyboard with Nokia Lumia 2520

Nokia launched its first tablet, Nokia Lumia 2520 in the United States yesterday and can be purchased from AT&T for $499.99 or $399.99 with a two-year agreement. It’s not just AT&T, Verizon is offering the slate with a similar price tag.
The Finns are also offering a Power Keyboard as an accessory for the Nokia Lumia 2520 that brings physical keyboard, an extended battery providing battery time of up to five hours, two USB ports and can be used as a cover for the tablet. While the Power Keyboard comes with a $149 price tag, early adopters of the Nokia Lumia 2520 can get it for free from Nokia.


 Adding a Power Keyboard could definitely increase the initial cost of the tablet, but the folks at Nokia are offering it for free for a limited time. Customers who will purchase the Nokia Lumia 2520 before December 2nd will get a free Power Keyboard by mail, worth $149 for free. It’s also worth mentioning that it could take up to 6 weeks for the Nokia Power Keyboard to arrive at your doorstep, after you’ve provided the company with all the relevant information such as your name, address, purchase date, phone, and IMEI number.
