Razer Seiren Digital Microphone Launched


Razer has announced the launch of a new digital microphone which is designed to produce studio quality sound, the Razer Seiren, and it connects to your computer via USB.

The new Razer Seiren is designed for platforms like Twitch and YouTube and it comes with a number of different modes and features.

The Razer Seirēn also allows content creators to quickly switch between 4 different polar recording patterns (Cardioid, Stereo, Bidirectional and Omnidirectional) by rotating the main control knob. Allowing for greater versatility of use depending on recording applications. The microphones built-in headphone amplifier allows for zero latency, real time accurate monitoring of recordings to ensure users sound exactly as they intend to.

New Audi Q7

The next generation Audi Q7 is now official, the new model is designed to be more efficient, and according to Audi, it consumes 26 percent less fuel on average than its predecessor.
Audi will offer a range of engine options in their new Audi Q7, which will include a 3.0 litre petrol TFSI version and a 3.0 litre TDI model, the new SUV is 325KG lighter than the previous version.

The Audi Q7 also sets standards with respect to the operating concept, infotainment, connectivity and driver assistance systems. The second-generation modular infotainment platform is on board, as is the Audi virtual cockpit. The new MMI all‑in‑touch control unit with large touchpad makes operation child’s play. Other attractive innovations include the expanded services from Audi connect, the Audi tablet for the rear seat passengers and the two sound systems with 3D audio. Smartphone integration with Google Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is also new. The new Audi Q7 is one of the first cars worldwide to offer these functions.

LG 4K Ultra HD TVs With Quantum Dot Technology Launching At CES

LG has announced that it will launch a new range of 4K Ultra HD TVs at CES in January, and these new TV’s will come with LG’s quantum dot technology.

According to LG, their quantum dot technology offers improved colors and a wider color palette than traditional LCD TVs, it also offers improved brightness.

“Quantum dot’s vibrant and vivid color reproduction capabilities brings LG’s LCD TVs to the next level when it comes to picture quality,” said In-kyu Lee, senior vice president and head of the TV and monitor division at the LG Electronics Home Entertainment Company. “The addition of ULTRA HD TV with quantum dot technology to our TV lineup positioned under our award-winning OLED TVs further establishes LG as a leading provider of the most diverse and innovative TV display technologies in the industry.”

We will have more details about LG’s new range of 4K Ultra HD TVs when they are made official at CES 2015 in January, which takes places between the 6th and 9th of January.

Sony Unveils Google Glass Style Single-Lens Display Module With OLED Ahead of CES

Sony has this week unveiled a new Google Glass style lightweight single lens display module that they have equipped with an LED display and designed to provide users with visual information directly in front of their eye.

The new Sony display module consists of an optical unit together with an LED micro-display which is powered by a control board consists of a processor, sensor hub with Bluetooth and wireless connectivity.

Sony has announced that they will be unveiling the new display module for the first time in public during next years 2015 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) to be held in Las Vegas starting January 6th to 2015.

The Sony display module exhibited will take the form of a concept model called “SmartEyeglass Attach!,” which proposes one potential use for the module and is meant to be attached to sports eyewear pieces. Sony explains :

“This display module possesses the potential to enrich users’ lives in a variety of ways. By simply attaching it to a pair of fashionable glasses, goggles, sunglasses, or other type of eyewear, you can instantly gain access to visual information that adds a level of convenience to your everyday life.

The module also has potential applications in sports or for work, among other areas, displaying helpful information that supports you in the activity you are engaged in. And this is all done in a small sub-window that does not obstruct your field of vision. Because the module is easily attachable/detachable, you can use it only when you want to, and you have the option to store it away if it does not suit the occasion.
