Tablet For Kids Announced By Polaroid
Polaroid have this week taken the wraps off a new tablet for kids
which they have developed and equipped with a 7 inch capacitive
multi-touch display sporting a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
The Polaroid PTAB750 tablet for kids is powered by a 1GHz processor, supported by 512MB of RAM and includes 8GB of internal memory, with an SD card slot available to extended the memory if required.
The design of the Polaroid PTAB750 tablet for kids has been tweaked to suit children’s needs and is fitted with integrated side and rear rubber bumpers together with protection from liquid spills.
Other features include a 2-megapixel camera, wireless connectivity and the tablet for kids comes pre-loaded with top rated learning Apps and Dr. Seuss & Smithsonian interactive books, as well as the Nook bookstore and reader, and custom web browser with parental controls allowing you to program a safe environment for your children to use the tablet. Polaroid explains:
