My trip to Costa del Sol
Long beaches, clear water and
towering cities. I am in Costa del Sol, Tarifa between the tip and head
of Gata. I begin this journey right from Tarifa, a huge beach on the
ocean and a place loved by those who practice kite-surfing and surfing.
The landscape is beautiful with white sand and the sky full of colors
with the sails of the sport. Only 14 kilometers away is Morocco and the
coast is clearly visible to the naked eye. On the way to Marbella, a
place well known of the Costa del Sol, you can go to visit Gibraltar, a small dot England to Spain.

Marbella is very characteristic with its
castle and the walls that date back to the period when the city was in
possession of Islam. The promenade also has plenty of seafood
restaurants with tables right on the beach. For those who want to spend
an evening of elegance the best choice is Puerto Banus, the most famous
in Marbella, where you can walk around looking beautiful yacht harbor
and shops of famous brands like Louis Vuitton and Gucci.
As for the sea life near Marbella there
are many beaches. In Duque beach there are the two most famous clubs,
the ‘Ocean Beach Club and the Buddha. In the resort of Nerja there are a
dozen beaches, most with excellent infrastructure. The best known are
those of La Torrecilla and Burriana. If you leave the center, the
beaches become less crowded places and are very popular with nudists

Let the sea and explore the city. A few
kilometers from the coast you find Ronda, one of the most beautiful
cities in Andalusia. Here one of the oldest bullring, Plaza del Toro is
in fact a statue of a toreros. In the old town there are still buildings
of Arab origin with narrow, winding streets.
Walking a few more kilometers you arrive
at a true wonder, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the Alhambra located in
Granada. Inside there are mosques, schools, shops and much more. If you
want to visit the Alhambra is best to book tickets early to avoid
queues at the entrance.
