Apple iWork iCloud Update Released Adding New Collaborative Tools
As well as releasing a new update for their iOS mobile operating system
today, Apple have also rolled out a new update for their iCloud iWork
suite of software which brings with it the collaborative tools that were
first unveiled back during the Apple iPad Air and iPad Mini retina
display event last month.
The new Apple iWork iCloud update brings with it features that enable users to customise documents with others as was demonstrated during the Apple event and also adds top customer requests, including folders and printing.
Key features included in the latest Apple iWork iCloud update for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote include the ability to view a list of collaborators currently in a document, view cursors and selections for everyone in a document and the ability to jump to a collaborator’s cursor by clicking their name in the collaborator list.
Together with the ability for users to watch images and shapes animate as your collaborators move them around, print your documents directly from the Tools menu as well as organise your documents in folders.
Apple Numbers software also now allows users to change the order of the sheets in a spreadsheet directly from a browser as well as create links within Numbers using the HYPERLINK functionality.
