Australian iPhone 5 pricing and availability details
The local launch of the iPhone 5 is less than two weeks away, and full Australian pricing details are announced.
Apple's just announced iPhone 5 will be available in Australia on
September 21, while pre-orders for the no-doubt hotly desired item will
open tomorrow.
Local pricing starts at $799 for the 16GB model, then $899 for the 32GB iPhone 5, and finally $999 for the impressive 64GB model. As rumoured, there is a new connection dock, and a separate adapter will cost $35.
Alongside the phone launch, Apple's also announced a new iPod Touch and iPod Nano. Pre-orders are also open for these devices this Friday. The Touch comes in 32Gb and 64GB flavours, costing $329 and $439 respectively, and the Nano features 16GB of storage, for $169.
Finally, it has been confirmed the iPhone 5 will work on local 4G networks.
