Sony Xperia Z 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Update To Be Released Soon

When Sony launched their Xperia Z smartphone the handset came with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and Sony said that the Sony Xperia Z Android 4.2.2. Jelly bean update would be released some time after the handsets launch.
According to a recent report the Sony Xperia Z 4.2.2 update is get closer to release, as two new firmwares have been approved for the handset, although Sony has yet to confirm exactly when the update will be released.


The Sony Xperia Z has 5 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is powered by a quad core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and features an Adreno 320 GPU.
The Xperia Z comes with 16GB of built in storage and also has 2GB of RAM, it features a microSD card slot that has room for up to 32GB cards and it comes with a 13 megapixel camera, the handset is both water and dust proof.
The Sony Xperia Z 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update is expected to be released as an OTA update for the device shortly, as soon as we get some confirmation on exactly when the update will be available we will let you guys know.
