Sony Xperia Z2 And Z2 Tablet Update Brings New Features

Sony has released a new software update for the Sony Xperia Z2 smartphone and their Xperia Z2 tablet, the update is based on Android 4.4.4 KiKat and it brings a range of new features to both devices.
The update brings PS4 Remote Play to the Sony Xperia Z2 and the Z2 Tablet, you can see more details of what is included in the update below.

• PS4 Remote Play with full DualShock 4 controller compatibility
• Hi-Res Audio support for PCM and DSD files, Sony DSEE HX tech in Walkman app that’ll improve the sound of MP3, AAC and Music Unlimited tracks
• Xperia Camera apps like Sound Photo, AR Fun, Multi Camera and Face In
• Newest version of Battery Stamina Mode as well as Ultra Stamina Mode, the latter of which will make a fully-charged Xperia Z2 last more than a week in standby
• Quick Settings includes Smart Screen Rotation, Record Screen for recording a video of your display
• Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z2 Tablet will unlock when near SmartBand, SmartBand Talk or SmartWatch 3 thanks to Bluetooth Unlock feature
