A 2.5" touch panel SwivelScreen LCD display roates up to 270° for multiple viewing and recording angles. And the 1/6" Advanced HAD (Hole Accumulation Diode) CCD image sensor provides accurate and beautiful video and stills. The 40x optical zoom plays its part by bringing your subject up close and personal for clear, crisp images. The DCR-HC52 also boasts a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens for professional quality video. NightShot Plus Infrared System is the solution for shooting in low-light situations. The Easy Handycam Button shuts out more advanced features, leaving only those necessary for recording on, allowing you to focus on capturing and enjoying the moment.
